Mayowa is a 2L born in New York and raised in Nigeria and St. Kitts. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2018 with a dual degree in Public Health and Spanish. Prior to starting law school, she was an event coordinator at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. At Columbia, she is the Mentorship Chair for the First Generation Professionals, a fellow for the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership, and a student editor for the Moot Court Student Program. In her free time, Mayowa enjoys going to concerts, trying new art projects and trying new food.
