Emilio is a 3L from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Georgetown University. Before law school, he served as a policy advisor for three representatives on Capitol Hill. At Columbia, he has been a member of the Latinx Law Students Association and the Columbia Law Review. As of Spring 2023, Emilio no longer holds the position of Communications and Operations Committee Chair.
