Chris is a 3L born and raised in Accra, Ghana. Chris moved to the United States to live with her father at age 9. She graduated from Harvard College in 2018 having studies Government with a focus on East Asian Politics. Prior to law school, Chris worked in the creative industry, first as a Data Analyst for a Marketing Agency and then as a Marketing Automation Specialist for a Law E-learning company. At Columbia, Chris has been involved with the First Generation Professionals, Latinx Law Student Association, and the Columbia Law Review. Chris previously worked this summer at the Vera Institute of Justice. When she is not working, you will likely find her reading a new book on the East Asian Political Economy, browsing Netflix for Korean dramas, fitness dancing at 305fitness, devouring a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich without fail, or starting her own cooking show, hosted on Instagram. As of Spring 2023, Chris no longer holds the position of Community Engagement and Alumni Development Chair.
