Research and Communications Assistant
Emily Gao (she/they) is the research and communications assistant at the Center for Institutional and Social Change. Currently, they provide support for Professor Sturm’s new book, What Might Be.
Emily is a senior at Columbia University pursuing a B.A. in American Studies with a minor in Applied Statistics. Upon graduation, she hopes to attend law school and become a legal advocate for survivors of domestic violence and LGBTQ+ rights.
