Caroline Golub is the Associate Director of the Center for Institutional and Social Change. She also previously served as the Program Director for the Leadership Initiative at Columbia Law School.
Prior to joining CISC, Caroline worked as a criminal defense paralegal in New York. From 2014 to 2016, she served in the Peace Corps in Rwanda, where her work included: secondary ESL education; gender development and empowerment curriculum and training; establishment of a female-led micro-enterprise; and project management and execution of a community library and literacy program. Caroline has additional previous experience working with Amnesty International, the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus, and Grassroots Campaigns, on behalf of the Planned Parenthood Action Fund.
Caroline holds a BA from Wellesley College in Sociology and English.
